Shot List

When traveling through a city how to capture and find interesting photo journalism subjects.  It was suggested to me to come up with a shot list as a way know what to look for once you arrive.

SHOT LIST

- View from Window
- Find an individual to pose (characters in habitat)
- Use people within shot
- 30 minutes after sunset
- Don't focus on the landmark (see figure A)
- close up of food
- High vantage points
- close up of objects that have character (strange gate)

Video
-Entering exiting places
-Subway
- Walking through train, the trip
-Times sqaure 360
-Talk to each 3 people (3 questions each time)
-Todd music, 2 others in their element

Specific Shots
- Advertising
- Products
- Churches inside and out (landscape)
- Inside of subway (on route to NY)
- Close up at the sex museum (macro of object)
- shops
- markets
- graffiti in subways
- close up of people staying with (macro)
- post card rack
- John bagget shot
- Bring handheld inside dance clubs aka discotheque
-Try to find ugly side (old beggar "piegon" woman)

Notes:

Have subject gather around an object.
The pyramid look (one on top two below supporting in a frame)
Trick Low shutter speed and move camera
Trick Focus one part of shot then slightly move camera
Macro how to:
straight on best way
f/22 the best f-stop for macro
to visualize macro shot pull out magnifying glass or glasses
